A study of the Spatial Genetic Structure of Paphia undulata in Thai Waters (Donrung et al., 2011) showed that gene flow may occur between populations in the upper (North) Gulf of Thailand, whereas the lower (south) Gulf of Thailand and Andaman Sea populations are isolated from each other and from the North Gulf of Thailand.
