Principally fished in Alaskan and Russian national waters of FAO 67 & 61, this species also is found in lower abundance in these High Seas waters managed by the CCBSP, however “The status of pollock stocks in the central Bering Sea does not support fishing opportunities for existing participants, and there are no indications that this historical trend will change in the near term.” (CCBSP 2016) There is a 0 TAC for 2016.
